• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical background is a plus , but not essential ). • Experience: 1 5 + years in marketing and sales with a proven track record in team management, delivery of s ubstation projects, and risk management. • Sales Skills: Experience selling solutions rather than products, with a focus on winning forecast opportunities and managing large customer relationships. • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Power Quality Solutions, High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, and experience in renewable and power utility markets. • Strategic and Communication Skills: Strategic thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and work under pressure. • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Proven skills in customer and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. • Additional Experience: Experience with LCIS, Grid Ancillary services, and leading complex solution-based opportunities.
