📋 Description

• Deliver Oracle EBS solutions that support Finance operations, particularly in the Receivables and O2C domains. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. • Configure and design Finance solutions in Oracle EBS R12.2.13, with a focus on Receivables and O2C. • Develop and maintain functional documentation including business requirements, functional specs, technical specs, and test plans. • Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new business functionality and system enhancements. • Support RICEFW development and testing activities. • Analyze current O2C and Receivables processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with Finance teams to define and refine business requirements. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Support audit and compliance efforts with accurate data and documentation. • Work with IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. • Monitor and analyze customer billing, collections, and cash application processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in Finance operations, with a focus on O2C and Receivables. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Oracle EBS and related data tools. • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment. • Experience with Zuora Revenue or Revenue Accounting Tool.
