• Support the execution of the strategic quality plan. • Assist factories and regions in achieving compliance with product and process regulations. • Integrate the Voice of the Customer into quality planning. • Ensure Global Product Group quality standards are integrated into factory quality management systems. • Take ownership of Quality Inspection Cards (QIC). • Lead Critical Process Reviews (CPRs). • Drive deployment of APQP elements. • Support factories in resolving quality issues. • Contribute to Lean Six Sigma projects and enhance quality processes. • Develop training materials and educate employees on quality processes.
• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality or Engineering function within a manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of transformer design and manufacturing processes is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to lead and facilitate quality improvement initiatives. • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards. • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
