📋 Description

• Provide tax advisory services to local businesses (international/ cross-border projects) • Support on M&A projects and related integration activities as well as other restructuring projects or tax planning opportunities • Support local businesses and Common Shared Services to assure tax compliance (CIT, WHT, VAT, etc.) • Ensure that Group tax policies are properly followed • Monitor transactions from tax risk perspective and provide corresponding input for tax accounting and reporting • Maintain tax related internal controls • Manage quarterly tax calculation and reporting • Support developments and improvements to tax settings in SAP and Vertex • Support the Global TP practice team to ensure that transfer pricing documentation is in place and in line with local requirements • Support on global tax initiatives (Pillar 2, CbCR, DAC 6, etc.) • Coordinate tax audits and communication with tax authorities and local tax advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or Economics • Approx. 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in national and international taxes, either as in-house tax manager or as external advisor • Sound knowledge of Dutch tax law including international tax law • Knowledge of Belgian tax law is an advantage • Understanding of OECD TP rules • Experience in managing tax audits • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is an advantage) • Excellent skills with MS Excel • Skills with other data analytic tools (Alteryx, Power BI, etc.) are a plus • Problem solver attitude, solution/result driven
