📋 Description

• Lead major business analysis initiatives with significant organisational impact, ensuring alignment with business strategy, priorities, and objectives • Develop high-level business analysis documentation, executive reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic planning and informed decision-making • Partner with executive and senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, align business analysis objectives with organisational goals, and communicate complex findings clearly • Identify opportunities to improve business analysis practices, methodologies, and processes, establishing standards that promote efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness • Lead and coordinate data analysis initiatives, ensuring that insights are translated into actionable recommendations and measurable business impact • Ensure business analysis activities remain closely connected to organisational strategy and contribute to long-term business objectives • Connect business objectives, stakeholder needs, processes, and data • Influence major initiatives and help shape how business analysis is performed across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably in complex or large-scale organisations • Proven experience leading strategic or high-impact business analysis initiatives • Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior and executive stakeholders • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience producing executive-level documentation, reports, and presentations • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, and process improvement • Experience working with data and translating analytical insights into business recommendations • Ability to operate effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader organisational objectives
