📋 Description
• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear User Stories and acceptance criteria. • Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and Confluence pages. • Ensure traceability between business requirements, User Stories, and delivered solutions. • Prepare business process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and knowledge transfer activities. • Identify risks, documentation gaps, and open items while proactively driving them to resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Payments and/or Fintech industry. • Experience delivering greenfield projects from concept to production. • Strong knowledge of Open Banking and/or payment solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. • Experience writing User Stories, functional specifications, and process documentation. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management. • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward. • Nice to Have • Knowledge of ISO 20022 and XML-based messaging. • Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP, and webhooks . • Understanding of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and AML regulations.
