• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product • Help structure complex deals, ensure commercial compliance, and drive operational efficiency • Serve as a trusted advisor on pricing, discounting, commercial terms, and deal structuring • Document deal exceptions and track trends for executive visibility and process improvement • Continuously improve deal desk processes to increase speed, reduce friction, and enhance transparency
