📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker and BigQuery. • Perform complex RAF (Risk Adjustment Factor) calculations and develop related documentation/models. • Build accrual reporting processes to support accurate revenue and risk adjustment forecasting. • Support chart chase analytics to enhance retrieval operations and coding accuracy. • Develop channel target analytics to prioritize outreach and improve program performance. • Translate business needs into scalable, actionable analytical solutions for healthcare stakeholders. • Collaborate with Agile teams, using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation. • Ensure all data and analytics align with CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics/reporting, with emphasis on Medicare Advantage. • Hands-on expertise in RAF calculation methodologies, accrual reporting, chart chase analytics, and channel targeting. • Advanced proficiency in BigQuery, Looker, SQL, and Python. • Strong understanding of Agile methods, Jira, Confluence, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Familiarity with CMS reporting requirements and healthcare data compliance (HIPAA).
