📋 Description

• Assist the US apparel partner by communicating with customers through Zendesk • Handle written customer interactions via email and live chat; no phone support • Provide order status updates, including tracking links and printer communications • Help customers arrange exchanges for sizing issues • Send replacements for damaged items • Support customers with editing shipping addresses, order information, and item details • Research and identify apparel designs customers are seeking on the website • Attend approximately two weeks of training using Google Meet, screen sharing, and provided documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar customer support position is a plus, but not mandatory • At least C1 proficiency in English, written and spoken • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues • Technical savvy and familiarity with apps • Strong internet connection • PC/laptop with webcam; BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) • Availability for full-time seasonal work, rotating shifts, and weekends • Must be located in Romania
