📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain a scalable data architecture that unifies disparate marketing data sources like web analytics, CRM, and ad platforms. • Develop and manage reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize a central data warehouse (likely Google Cloud Platform) as our single source of truth. • Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve marketing challenges, such as churn prediction, lead scoring, and channel attribution. • Act as the key translator, turning complex raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. • Establish data governance standards, select the technology stack, and mentor team members on data literacy and ethical AI use. • Work as a strategic partner to our product trio (Manager, Designer, Developer) in weekly cycles to define analytics goals and validate product development.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in data architecture, data science, or data engineering (preferably in a marketing context). • Expert proficiency in SQL and complex data modeling. • Strong coding skills in Python and its data science ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy). • Proven experience building and maintaining cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake). • Hands-on experience managing data pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran. • A solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts. • Bonus: Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI) and MLOps practices.
