• Build deep, ongoing relationships with customers to understand their business challenges. • Translate customer problems into clearly scoped internal projects. • Act as the customer's strategic advocate internally. • Develop and present recommendations to customer stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to expand customer usage and deepen platform adoption. • Collaborate with Account Management and Data teams.
• 2+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or strategic customer-facing role in MBB is required. • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex GTM motions. • Excellent stakeholder management. • Highly analytical — comfortable digging into data and identifying patterns. • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, marketing, sales operations, or revenue analytics is a strong plus. • Ownership-first mindset — initiative, fast-moving, and problem-solving. • Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments.
