📋 Description

• Review, mark up, and redline customer contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, and other commercial agreements. • Ensure consistency across all contractual documents and reconcile conflicting clauses when necessary. • Use track-changes or redline editing tools to provide clear comments and revisions. • Identify and flag legal or commercial risks, non-standard terms, and ambiguous language for internal review. • Maintain accurate version control and organize contract drafts for auditability. • Respond quickly to urgent requests and deliver redlines within tight turnaround windows.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (on-shore). • Prior experience as a paralegal or contract reviewer, with hands-on work redlining MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms. • Strong understanding of software commercial contract structures and standard clauses. • High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. • Ability to manage a high daily contract volume (10–15 documents per day). • Fast responsiveness and reliable availability during periods of high activity. • Comfort working as a part-time contractor with fluctuating workloads.
