📋 Description
• Organize and manage the entire day-to-day operations of the departments under your responsibility • Develop the current product range and creatively design the sales floor • Achieve budget plans and sales targets • Ensure timely communication of all relevant information to the appropriate employees • Lead and develop employees, acting as an initiator, motivator and mentor • Ensure timely fulfillment of services in compliance with established quality standards
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable commercial vocational training (e.g., retail merchant, commercial assistant) • Ideally, prior professional experience in sales, distribution or the furniture industry • Quick comprehension and very strong analytical skills • Assertiveness, a confident manner and excellent communication skills • Resilience and a willingness to take responsibility • Leadership ability combined with the skill to inspire people and teams
