📋 Description

• Ensure the reliable operation of automated warehouse solutions as part of the team • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule • Maintain and update applications • Ensure stable and secure system operations • Support the development and continuous improvement of service processes using Jira Service Management and, in the future, Confluence • Contribute to modern deployment processes and monitoring solutions • Support the implementation of new technologies, including AI-related technologies • Work closely with internal departments and international customers • Support on-site commissioning activities and gain insight into the systems and customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience • Good knowledge of hardware and software • Practical experience in IT support or system operations • Knowledge of Oracle environments and SQL is an advantage but not required • Ideally, experience with deployment processes, monitoring systems, or comparable IT operations environments • Interest in automated processes, technical systems, and intralogistics • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work • Strong team-player skills and confident communication with customers and colleagues • Good command of German and English • Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule • Willingness to support on-site commissioning activities before joining the on-call schedule
