HÖRMANN Intralogistics is a general contractor for intralogistics that plans, engineers and delivers turnkey automated warehouse and material-handling solutions. 📋 Description

• Project management with superpowers: You don’t juggle balls — you manage deadlines, tasks and occasionally a team member in our intralogistics projects as the general contractor. • Intralogistics expert: You’re familiar not only with pallet racking and conveyor technology but could, in theory, navigate a warehouse blindfolded and backwards. • Master of schedules: You create and maintain required project plans and documentation with ease. • Temporary head: You take full responsibility for the customer contract, from sales through final acceptance in line with contractual obligations and terms, with full budgetary, operational and decision-making authority. • Communication pro: You serve as the competent point of contact for customers, subcontractors and project stakeholders. You lead interdisciplinary project teams composed of internal colleagues and external partners with both charm and determination. • Risk jugger: You proactively identify project risks together with your team and decide how to address them.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: You hold a degree with a relevant (project management, logistics) or technical focus. • Professional experience: You have extensive hands-on experience in project management within intralogistics, preferably with an existing IPMA/PMI certification. • Methodological competence: You possess a high level of methodological expertise and strong analytical skills. • Language skills: Very good German and English skills are required to operate effectively in our international environment. • Social skills: High self-motivation, solution orientation, decisiveness and conflict-management ability are second nature to you.
