📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns of 3,000+ emails per week to discover, contact, and qualify bloggers, creators, and publishers across niches such as Travel and Tech • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects • Qualify hot leads and dispatch them to the appropriate Account Manager (DAE) for negotiation • Review, approve, and provide feedback on affiliate content including videos, articles, and social posts in English and Spanish • Ensure partner content follows Holafly brand guidelines and briefs and uses promo codes accurately • Assist affiliates with initial registration and technical setup on platforms such as Impact • Monitor cold email sequence performance, including open and reply rates • Adjust outreach targeting and messaging to maintain a steady flow of leads • Own partner onboarding and launch through ongoing activation, integrating collaborations across Holafly’s marketing ecosystem and delivering measurable business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in partnerships, influencer marketing, sales development (SDR), or content operations • Fluent English required • Fluent Spanish is a strong plus • Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Arabic are a bonus • Sharp attention to detail for identifying incorrect tracking links, missing promo codes, and brand guideline violations • Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume work, including thousands of outreach emails weekly and/or dozens of content reviews • HubSpot proficiency required • Affiliate platform experience with tools such as Impact or Awin is a plus, not required • Strong written communication skills • Highly organized • Previous experience in travel tech, fintech, or subscription sectors is a bonus • Experience with analytics or SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, or Ahrefs is a bonus • Passion for social media, influencer content, and industry trends
