📋 Description

• Translate business needs into scalable data products by acting as the strategic liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. • Architect intuitive dashboards and reporting suites that empower departments to track performance autonomously. • Drive data literacy across the organization, mentoring non-technical peers on leveraging BI tools for daily decision-making. • Uncover growth opportunities by interpreting complex datasets to provide proactive, consultative recommendations. • Ensure data alignment by collaborating with the Data team to maintain high-quality, reliable data outputs. • Optimise resource allocation by identifying and prioritising the highest-impact analytical projects for the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence, ideally within a fast-paced or hybrid environment. • Advanced SQL skills and professional proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio. • Strategic communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong business acumen, with a track record of identifying stakeholder needs and delivering data-driven solutions. • Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science).
