📋 Description

• Lead or support technical configuration and implementation of Holistic AI for customer pilots and production deployments • Translate customer requirements into workable product configurations and integration patterns • Use deep product knowledge and backend understanding to troubleshoot deployments and advise on architecture choices • Partner with Account Management on complex customer engagements • Document deployment patterns, runbooks and customer-facing technical guidance • Surface product gaps and feedback to improve the platform for future deployments • Perform customer-facing work as needed for deployments and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering, solutions engineering or similar • Willingness to work closely with customers • Ability to learn a complex product deeply and configure it for varied enterprise contexts • Backend or systems understanding, including APIs, integrations, and environments • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfort working across time zones in a distributed team • Strong written English • Nice to have: Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, implementation, professional services or field deployment • Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML products, or governance, security or compliance tooling • Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud deployment patterns and enterprise IT constraints
