📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a team of developers and architects to establish end-to-end data solutions • Develop the team’s technical and business acumen • Identify, analysis and create efficiencies within existing solutions • Lead the modernization of legacy flat‑file integrations by designing and implementing cloud‑native data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure SQL • Participate in planning and meeting the organization’s future technology needs • Drive the transition from traditional flat‑file inbound/outbound processes toward API‑driven integration models • Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions • Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as ongoing development of assigned team members • Support the growth and development of assigned employees and conduct performance reviews • Delegate tasks and set deadlines • Set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree, Computer Science, Math or IT preferred • Hands-on application development experience • Advanced hands‑on experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core • Understanding of Azure resources and architecture • In depth experience in SLDC (development patterns, version on control, deployment pipelines) • Advanced knowledge of data movement and transformation • Practical experience in data modeling • Experience using ETL tools • Experience in or knowledge of BI Reporting Tools • 4+ years of experience in application development • Experience supporting CI/CD processes, including Azure DevOps pipelines for .NET, API, Azure Function Apps, and ADF deployments • Must have design experience and a proven track record of designing and leading • Strong analytical skills, able to effectively solve problems in a timely manner • Ability to translate high‑level cloud strategy into actionable technical direction
