📋 Description

• Processing and entering contacts in CRM; • Tracking and monitoring the history of interaction with clients; • Daily monitoring and support of CRM work (regularity, quality of fill, completeness of the information provided); • Formation of statistical interim and final project reports; • Processing data in Excel (using logic formulas, pivot tables); • Training CRM users, writing simple instructions for users; • Addressing emerging problems to IT support team. • Participation in the preparation and sending email campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, or a final year student able to work full-time • English - upper-intermediate • Eager to learn! • Strong data management skills and ability to multitask • Analytical thinking • Team player with excellent communication skills • Persistent, attentive to details and accurate • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Power BI, HTML knowledge will be a plus.
