• Recruit and onboard new affiliates into LeadBank. • Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring high performance and compliance. • Leverage your existing pool of affiliates to quickly scale call volume. • Negotiate payout structures and optimize campaigns for ROI. • Support affiliates with onboarding, reporting, and growth strategies. • Drive expansion into multiple industries: Home Services, Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Travel, Rehab. • We sell calls to major partners like HomeAdvisor and other large industry players, while acquiring calls from affiliates worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Pay-Per-Call / Performance Marketing. • Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, or networks (preferably in Home Services, plus other verticals). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze and optimize performance. • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced virtual environment.
