• Strong communication & relationship management skills (customer-first mindset) • Background in marketing agency work or familiarity with Local SEO concepts (GBP, citations, rankings, etc.) • Sales-oriented, able to upsell services naturally and build long-term client value • Organized, detail-oriented, with ability to manage dozens of accounts efficiently • Previous experience in account management, business development, or customer success is a big plus
