📋 Description

• The Analyst is responsible for the day to day activities for their tower (e.g., procure to pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (R2R)). • This role partners with internal teams and external business partners on key tower activities and objectives to meet the customer's needs. • Learn and execute required tasks related to the delivery of the (PTP, OTC, RTR) tower; Work coordinately with other teams providing or receiving information as needed; Support work that needs to be done with internal or external customers. • Creates regular reports for the leadership; assists with or produces other reports as requested; • Raises risks and issues in a timely manner; Identify and presents possible improvements to upper management; • Executes month end / year end processes; Monitor and works towards meeting KPIs and SLAs defined for the area; • Assists manager with gathering data, research and analysis. • Works with project teams and business partners to complete project goals; Prioritized assignments and ensure quality and accuracy of work. • Seeks further knowledge on new tools and technologies (e.g., analytics, intelligent automation, robotics); Participates in the continuous improvement of financial shared services processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • 0-2 years of relevant work experience • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs • Thorough understanding of accounting and / or finance principles and practices, statistical methodology, generally accepted accounting principles, and generally accepted auditing standards • Ability to work independently and complete work on schedule within a fast-paced environment • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills • Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative and financial reports.
