• Teach, coach, and train associates to ensure effective execution of core Asset Protection initiatives • Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards, Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs • Review and analyze shrink performance within the district and by store location • Build partnerships with local law enforcement to strengthen brand
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role
