📋 Description

• Responsible for teaching, coaching, and training associates on Asset Protection initiatives • Drive execution of Merchandise Protection Standards and ensure safety culture in stores • Perform internal and external theft investigations and manage case entries • Build partnerships with local law enforcement and manage shrink reduction strategies • Make hiring decisions and conduct performance reviews for associates • Teach safety behaviors and environmental processes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Certifications in asset protection preferred.
