📋 Description

• Leading The Home Depot’s Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO) • Overseeing all temporary workforce policies, tools, and program operations • Ensuring internal customers and strategic vendors receive maximum value • Supporting the sourcing and curation of contingent talent • Aligning with Talent Acquisition partners on recruitment strategies • Working with business leaders to ensure workforce needs are met • Leading a team and serving as a steward of enterprise funding

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience in developing and implementing technology solutions to address business problems, preferably in an agile/product environment • Prior management experience preferred
