📋 Description

• The Finance Business Services (FBS) team serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth • Responsible for leading a team of associate and senior associates • Accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring customer service, and continuous improvement of processes and delivery • Monitors the team's progress against departmental goals and daily activities • Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching to direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills • Previous people or project team management experience • Experience with application and implementation of difference innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired
