• The Finance Business Services (FBS) team serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth, as part of a world-class controllership organization. • Responsible for leading teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and seeking to continuously improve processes and delivery. • Partner with project teams, external business partners, and leaders to solve complex business challenges. • Provide coaching to team members along with supporting their business and technical skills development. • Monitor team(s) progress against departmental goals; Lead regular team meetings to address operations topics, improvements, and projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Previous people or project team management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills; Experience with application and implementation of difference innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired.
