âą Provide technical support to interpreters, assisting with day-to-day issues related to internet connectivity, PC or headset setup, audio problems, and more. âą Supervise and monitor Mattermost channels, ensuring technical issues are addressed promptly and without delay. âą Collect and review system check pictures as part of the onboarding process for new hires. âą Perform maintenance tasks on HLSâ servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. âą Set up emails and user profiles for our direct clients within the Boostlingo portal. âą Ensure our company website remains up-to-date, online, and functioning correctly. âą Provide technical assistance to clients through our HelpDesk line, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
âą University or college degree in IT or a related field is preferred. âą Advanced knowledge of end-user experience, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical problems. âą Experience with programming, server management, and/or website maintenance. (Preferred technologies: Linux, Ubuntu, Plesk, cPanel, PHP, and MySQL). âą Proficient in Next.js 15, TypeScript, Django Channels, PostgreSQL + Redis. âą Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
