📋 Description

• Outbound Call Center Representative role for lead generation • Work remotely while scheduling appointments for sales representatives • Meet/exceed targets for lead generation and appointment setting

🎯 Requirements

• Able to work remotely while having a quiet, distraction free workspace • MUST HAVE a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection ( 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally • Be able to create prospective customers for solar and generate appointments for our sales teams. • Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly • Be able to validate prospective customers contact and home information in CRM system • Create a positive experience for all clients
