📋 Description

• Manage and develop Corporate Accounting Team • Identify and resolve technical accounting issues • Develop and monitor internal controls • Lead financial statement preparation and presentation • Oversee all accounting related to the corporate accounting function • Set and enforce accounting standards and best practices • Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes • Lead corporate accounting audit process • Collaborate with finance team and cross-functional departments • Stay current with accounting standards and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience • People management experience • Experience in a remote, growth-stage environment • Exceptional attention to detail • Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting • Technical accounting research experience including ASC 606, ASC 350-40, ASC 810, ASC 860 • Strong experience with internal controls • Strong analytical skills • Effective communication skills
