• Homethrive was born from personal experience. • Our mission is to revolutionize family caregiving. • At the heart of our service is a personal caregiving coach and assistant. • The ideal candidate will be fluent, proficient, and confident in both written and verbal communication in English and Spanish. • This role is essential in supporting the growing number of members who prefer to engage in Spanish.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience supporting older adults and family caregivers. • BSW degree, MSW preferred • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. • Must be proficient and confident in both written and verbal communication in both languages. • Deep empathy for older adults and a strong commitment to supporting their independence. • Cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse needs of Spanish-speaking communities. • Ability to work flexibly and cooperatively across teams. • Proficiency in computer systems, documentation tools, and Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
