📋 Description

• HomeVision is building products to modernize and revolutionize the real estate valuation industry. • Seeking an engineering leader that can grow and architect our technology platform and team. • Strong empathy for our users and capacity to understand complex ecosystems and requirements. • Ability to guide and build pragmatic technology solutions for business products. • Work directly with the co-founders to build our vision of how the valuation industry should work. • Contribute directly to our codebase, extend and architect our platform with an eye towards growth, and mentor other engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong capabilities in full-stack development with deep backend experience • Ability to learn and master new programming languages and technologies • Experience mentoring engineers, running a development process, and building a culture that emphasizes responsibility, rigor, and collaboration • Strong verbal and written communication in English • Experience in scientific and numerical computing (e.g., numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch, jupyter) considered a plus • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Go, Python, React/Typescript, Elasticsearch, and Docker and familiarity with machine learning concepts. • Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires (Residence in Argentina is mandatory)
