📋 Description

• Manage the roadmap and projects for IT operations and our Mortgage & Title systems, including LendingPad (mortgage POS/LOS), Qualia (title platform), and our licensed Saas systems. • Support project definition and planning, helping shape goals, scope, timelines, and success criteria, and translating leadership priorities into actionable plans. • Own project communications, keeping Technology, Operations, and Finance aligned through status updates, launch plans, and clear documentation. • Support monthly software forecast analysis, partnering with CPO and Finance to track spend against forecast, flag variances, and drive overpayment and duplicate-charge follow-ups. • Maintain an accurate inventory of software subscriptions, contracts, renewals, and owners so leadership has a clear view of committed and forecasted spend. • Improve IT knowledge management and support deflection through runbooks, help docs, and self-service resources that reduce repeat tickets. • Support the IT operational cadence, managing intake, prioritization, and triage of requests and driving process improvements. • Track and report on delivery and operational metrics through lightweight dashboards and reports. • Contribute to IT governance and compliance-supporting work, including access reviews, change-management hygiene, and audit-ready documentation. • Leverage AI to improve your workflow by synthesizing data, drafting documentation, accelerating analysis, and contributing to internal tools for collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience supporting IT operations and/or business systems, ideally at a high-performance startup or technology company. • Fluent, professional English (written and verbal) and the ability to work across time zones with U.S.-based teams. • Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scoping, risk tracking, and driving work to completion with urgency. • Exceptional attention to detail. You shift between big picture and fine detail quickly, and you're a wizard with documentation. • Excellent communication, matching your style to the audience, whether a leadership roadmap review, a vendor check-in, or a working session with engineers. • Comfort with numbers and cost analysis, able to work a software forecast, reconcile spend, and spot anomalies. • A collaborative, feedback-oriented mindset. • Interest in the complex world of mortgage and title, and a drive to make the systems behind it run better. • Nice-to-haves: Prior mortgage, title, real estate, proptech, or fintech experience. • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, LendingPad, Qualia, or comparable platforms. • Experience managing software vendors, renewals, and SaaS cost/license optimization. • Experience building reporting or dashboards; SQL and/or BI tooling (e.g., Looker) a plus. • Experience managing API integrations with third-party partners. • Familiarity with ITSM and knowledge base tooling and support-deflection best practices. • PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or a similar certification.
