📋 Description
• Partner with the Market General Manager and oversee all medical operations • Provide medical leadership for various programs including diagnosis and documentation • Engage with medical group leaders to implement value-based care • Lead the Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations and/or Market Clinical Director • Handle clinical issues and escalate patient complaints • Develop relationships with external partner practices
🎯 Requirements
• Unrestricted MD or DO state license, including board certification • Minimum of 4 years in a medical leadership role, preferably in value-based care • Extensive knowledge in geriatrics, chronic disease management, and palliative care • Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with various healthcare providers • Reliable access to high-speed internet • Must be able to arrange consistent travel to various work sites • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
