📋 Description
• Partner closely with Honeydew’s VP of Operations to drive high-priority initiatives • Own critical workflows and strengthen the systems that power our clinical and business operations • Design processes, improve performance, streamline provider operations, and deliver measurable impact across the organization • Map complex operational systems, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions • Build and refine SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards • Analyze performance data and drive accountability against KPIs • Collaborate with product, CX, and marketing teams
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in management consulting or a fast-paced operations role • Skilled at mapping complex workflows, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing durable solutions • Kind, thoughtful, and persuasive teammate who builds trust quickly. • Motivated by improving access to high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. • Nice to have: Experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or a regulated services environment. • Nice to have: Background in process design, quality management, or operational excellence frameworks.
