β’ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned BGA and/or Airline customers β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics and mechanical issues across Honeywell systems β’ Provide remote support (phone/email) and on-site field service as needed β’ Support AOG events and critical operational disruptions with urgency and precision β’ Diagnose issues related to systems such as: β’ Flight Management Systems (FMS) β’ Autopilot & Displays β’ EGPWS, TCAS, Radar, Radios β’ SATCOM (L-Band, KA-Band) and connectivity systems β’ Integrated avionics platforms (Primus EPIC, Primus APEX) β’ Lead issue resolution from identification through closure, including documentation in SFDC β’ Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues across engineering and support teams β’ Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and on-site visits β’ Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and best practices across the global support network β’ Participate in customer reviews, technical forums, and cross-functional project teams β’ Travel to customer sites up to 25%.
β’ 7 or more years of hands-on experience troubleshooting avionics and/or mechanical systems on business, commercial, or military aircraft β’ 5 or more years of customer-facing experience in technical support or field service β’ High School Diploma or equivalent. β’ WE VALUE β’ Bachelorβs degree in Engineering or related technical field β’ Experience supporting Business Aviation and/or Airline operations β’ FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license (or equivalent) β’ Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and flight operations β’ Experience with SATCOM and aircraft connectivity systems β’ Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Teamcenter, NICE InContact β’ Background in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies β’ Strong expertise across avionics systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting β’ Ability to operate independently in high-pressure, time-critical environments β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution
