📋 Description

• Develop and execute the organization's product resilience strategy aligned with business objectives and customer commitments. • Establish governance processes, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor and improve resilience across products and supply chains. • Define enterprise-wide priorities for mitigating supply chain, manufacturing, supplier, obsolescence, capacity, and geopolitical risks. • Lead strategic planning and long-range resilience initiatives to increase organizational readiness and operational continuity. • Ensure resilience efforts are incorporated into new product introduction (NPI), sourcing strategies, and program execution. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Resilience Project Managers, analysts, and cross-functional leaders. • Serve as the primary leader connecting Procurement, Supplier Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations around resilience priorities. • Present resilience strategies, business cases, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, operations, program management, engineering, manufacturing, or business leadership roles. • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment. • Strong executive presence with proven ability to communicate and influence executive leadership. • Advanced analytical and business acumen skills with experience leveraging data to drive organizational decisions. • Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Strong understanding of supply chain risk management, operational resilience, and business continuity principles.
