📋 Description

• Field and prioritize product requests from internal teams, identifying patterns that point to larger strategic opportunities • Build relationships across the company by sitting with ops teams, joining client calls, and understanding the human side of every feature request • Build business cases using quantitative analysis to determine which improvements drive the most value across cost, efficiency, and customer experience • Own feature delivery from requirements through launch, coordinating with Engineering and Operations to ship improvements that actually get adopted • Develop expertise in HONK's marketplace mechanics and enterprise client needs, becoming the go-to person for how our platform creates value • Create and maintain roadmaps that balance quick wins with strategic initiatives, learning to say no as often as you say yes • Leverage modern AI tools and automation to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. You can build financial models, run unit economics, and make data-driven arguments • Natural curiosity about people and their problems. You'd rather have a conversation than read a requirements doc • Hunger to learn complex systems quickly and translate that understanding into clear, actionable plans • Strong business acumen from consulting, finance, business school, or early-stage startup experience • Natural ability to see both the forest and the trees, understanding how small improvements ladder up to strategic outcomes • Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities while maintaining momentum on multiple initiatives • Familiarity with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to amplify your productivity
