📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems & infrastructure • Build and manage infrastructure & core services for Honor’s Care Platform • Provide foundational building blocks for the engineering organization • Own build and deployment pipelines, maintain environments and supporting infrastructure • Consult to build the right abstractions for problem patterns

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in a platform engineering team within a product-centric company • Design and implement foundational patterns and libraries for Python applications • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for environment setups • Design infrastructure for AWS applications, supporting event-driven systems and Kubernetes • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD • Automate lifecycle management of code from development through production • Instrument observability through tools like CloudWatch and DataDog • Scale infrastructure to manage demand effectively • Define and measure standards for quality, security, scalability, availability with business focus • Passion for delivering turn-key developer experience for local development • Keen interest in developing talent through mentorship • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A strategic thinker with a product-first approach and customer obsession
