• Conduct client onboarding on the HubSpot platform, facilitating knowledge transfer and delivering customized training. • Configure HubSpot according to clients' specific needs, consistently applying CRM best practices. • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of HubSpot and stay updated on platform features and updates. • Ensure customers' success in the technical use of HubSpot, aligning the platform with their business processes. • Keep HubSpot certifications up to date to ensure current skills. • Create supporting materials and deliver training to enable users to utilize all available features.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM systems. • Strong familiarity with the HubSpot platform, especially the CRM module. • Technical ability to resolve customer issues using technology. • Experience training users in software adoption. • Experience implementing systems in CRM, Marketing, or Sales contexts.
