📋 Description

• Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed. • Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and hard copy (if applicable), for easy access and retrieval. • Ensure the quality and integrity of data by following established procedures and standards. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. • Complete data entry tasks within set deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Generate simple reports or summaries of the data entered as required. • Use data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), and company-specific platforms to input information.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in using computers, especially data entry tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or database management software. • Strong attention to detail to ensure data is entered correctly and errors are minimized. • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment. • A basic educational qualification such as a high school diploma or GED. • Previous experience in data entry or similar clerical work is preferred but not always required.
