📋 Description

• Coordinate and track project progress using Jira. • Plan and manage sprints following Agile/Scrum practices. • Lead and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. • Remove blockers and help the team stay focused on sprint goals. • Communicate project updates with stakeholders and team members. • Keep project documentation organized and up to date. • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and help maintain high team energy and motivation.

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience using Jira for task and sprint management. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Leadership mindset with a proactive attitude. • Eagerness to learn and grow in project management.
