📋 Description
• Identify and execute improvements to codebase for human and AI agent speed • Collaborate with senior engineers in a low-process environment • Own features end-to-end, primarily focusing on backend development • Architect scalable solutions for new partner experiences • Collaborate with PMs and business partners to define project roadmap
🎯 Requirements
• Experience designing guardrails and feedback loops for AI-assisted development • Strong product thinking focused on customer experience • Ability to use AI to enhance development workflows • Experience or willingness to master distributed system development in Scala • Strong problem-solving skills with documented trade-offs and rationale
