📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto claims • Manage a diverse inventory of claims independently • Apply advanced claims knowledge to determine coverage, investigate liability, evaluate damages, and negotiate fair settlements • Provide proactive communication to customers and involved parties • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely claim resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior claims handling experience. • Ability to independently manage an inventory of auto claims while making sound claims decisions. • Strong understanding of insurance coverage, liability investigations, and claims handling practices. • Ability to obtain and maintain all required state adjuster licenses. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience investigating complex or multi-vehicle accidents (preferred). • Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution skills (preferred).
