📋 Description

• Program & Project Leadership • Lead a large-scale, three-year IAM program consisting of multiple project phases • Manage multiple cybersecurity and security-related initiatives simultaneously • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate projects related to: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Access security and governance, Compliance and data protection initiatives • Support cybersecurity projects focused on improving and securing the enterprise environment • Act as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership • Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and clarify business needs • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and blockers • Coordinate cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred • 8–15 years of project management experience • Proven experience managing enterprise-level or large-scale initiatives • Experience leading cybersecurity or security-related projects preferred • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams • Familiarity with IAM, MFA, DLP, compliance, and access security concepts strongly preferred • PMP (Project Management Professional) strongly preferred • CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus • Security-related certifications are beneficial but not required.
