📋 Description

• Conduct professional client conversations, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and consultation of new clients • Gradually build your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, financial planning, investments, and wealth building • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn key sales processes • Receive guidance, coaching, and individualized support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• University entrance qualification, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level or native speaker) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
