📋 Description

• Conduct professional client conversations, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and advisory process for new clients • Gradually build your own client base • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth accumulation • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn the core processes of financial services sales • Receive structured guidance, feedback, and individual support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• German Abitur, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native speaker) • Residing in Germany • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
