📋 Description
• Provide customer support to English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers in the USA and Canada • Work remotely from home as a Customer Support contractor • Support customers using the company's ELD Logbook and Fleet Management system • Contribute to organizational impact and grow into upper-level positions
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in both English and Spanish • Tech-savvy • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles serving English-speaking customers • Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with days off scheduled during the week • Must be able to pass a background check • Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus • Previous residence in the US is a big plus
