📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the infrastructure and construction scope within EPC projects • Responsible for construction sequencing and schedule planning (scheduling, sequencing, coordination) • Responsible for the construction cost budget and ongoing cost control • Coordination of all project stakeholders and partners (e.g., contractors, engineering firms, suppliers, and installation companies) • Preparation of scope of work specifications and tender documents • Solicitation and coordination of bids for infrastructure services • Preparation and review of construction and supply contracts • Management of change orders, claims, and contract modifications • Overall responsibility for monitoring and managing construction execution • Preparation of cost summaries and project reports • Identification of risks and potential optimization opportunities • Active participation in budget control and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field • Construction technician (Bautechniker) / master craftsman (Meister) with relevant experience • Several years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects • Experience with tendering and procurement of construction services • Contract management (EPC / construction contracts) • Construction supervision and project implementation • Experience with industrial facilities or energy projects is an advantage • Knowledge of construction contract law (ideally VOB) • Strong communication skills • Structured and commercially-minded approach • Strong negotiation skills • Technical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects • High organizational skills and sense of responsibility • Hands-on mentality and assertiveness • German (C1) • English (at least B2)
