📋 Description

• Lead and manage a product engineering team. • Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time. • Support engineers through mentorship and career development. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams. • Foster a team culture of transparency and continuous improvement. • Establish and refine engineering processes. • Contribute to technical discussions and decisions. • Partner with other Engineering Leaders to shape practices and performance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a similar position. • A strong foundation in software engineering. • Proven experience leading engineering teams in a product-oriented environment, ideally within SaaS or platform businesses. • Ability to drive execution: aligning team goals, managing delivery timelines, and removing blockers. • Track record of mentoring engineers. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed/remote settings. • Experience in remote-first teams and product companies is preferred.
